Ellen Huxtable, MBA

Ellen Huxtable is a business growth strategist, speaker, author and facilitator. Her company, Advantage Business Concepts, specializes in creative solutions to get businesses and business leaders on track and keep them ahead of the crowd. Ellen is the author of “Turbo-charge & Transform,” a workbook for transformative business innovation. She is an adjunct instructor for Waubonsee Community College, and hosts Batavia Spotlight, a business program on BATV public access television.

Services include moderated peer advisory sessions, quarterly business retreats, group facilitation, presentations, and individualized training and coaching. Areas of concentration include strategic planning, market positioning, leadership, and growth.

Ellen is a member of the Fermilab Community Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
