Your worst performance doesn’t need to define you.

Just because you have failed in the past doesn’t mean that you’re always going to be a failure.

Every moment you have is an opportunity to redefine who you are.

Every struggle you have is a chance to overcome.

Every negative thought that enters your mind is a test of your commitment.

You have endless chances today to improve and better yourself.

Think about all of the seemingly insignificant decisions you usually take for granted — what you eat and where you go, how you spend your free time, and the friendships you invest in.

You have a lot of chances to be awesome.

No matter how far away from your goal you are right now, you can make decisions that instantly bring you closer to where you want to be. That’s on you.

It doesn’t matter what’s going on around you or that circumstances out of your control are making your life more difficult than you would like it to be.

You can change direction. You can improve.

You can make progress with the chance you have.

You can’t make the same bad decisions you’ve made in the past and repeat the same stale activity you’ve done in the past, and expect things to get better.

If you’re serious about being better, do better.

Start right now.
