Lillian also has positively affected tens of thousands of people in the communication skills arena with emphasis on confidence building, impression management, presentation and behavioral skills. She was one of the first DiSC® Classic certified trainers in the world for Inscape Publishing, Inc.
She’s an award-winning relationship skills speaker, trainer, coach and a prolific author including Breakthrough Networking: Building Relationships That Last, now in the third edition. She’s also a contributing author to the recently released Overcoming Mediocrity.
She has been honored three times by the Illinois Chapter of National Speakers Association with the Wordsmith and Nick Carter Awards and as Member of the Year.
