John Cohen grew up around franchising, but forged his own, unique path. As a Molly Maid franchisee, he learned the ropes and added to his portfolio. He eventually worked on the franchisor side as Director of Operations for Molly Maid Corporate and then Vice President of Operations of the Dwyer Group. He moved to Franworth and the Lash Lounge before rising to COO of Franworth earlier this year. We are excited to learn more about the many hats he has won in franchising and what he has learned throughout his career.
