I met Denise when I completed her training course to become a Certified Educator of Ageless Grace®. It has changed my life and I have bought into Denise’s vision of sharing this fabulous, fun fitness course with as many people as possible.

On this program we are going to talk about the brain-body connections and how, by doing some simple exercises every day, we can re-connect our neural pathways. Denise will tell us how she got interested in brain/body connections and how she created Ageless Grace®.

Exercise in a chair – 21 Easy and Fun Tools

One of the things that surprised me is that although program is done seated in a chair, it is for everyone from young children up to seniors. Being in a chair levels the playing field for everyone, while really strengthening the core muscles. Denise has created 21 tools to move all parts of the body while having fun. Ageless Grace® is interval training, and cardiovascular.

Denise Medved is an International NIA™ Education Trainer and 1st Degree Black Belt NIA™ instructor; AFAA certified Personal trainer, Feng Shui consultant and international presenter and speaker. She has been teaching movement to adults for over 25 years and has worked with both mobile and immobile seniors as well as people dealing with health issues such as Parkinson’s and dementia.
